I am currently completing a bookkeeping course with ICB (The Institute of Chartered Bookkeepers) to offer this as an additional service to my clients, alongside day to day admin tasks.

Diary and Email Management
Ask any successful business person how they achieve their goals while battling a hectic diary, a deluge of emails and non-stop requests for their all important time. The answer most will say is they couldn’t do it without their personal assistant.
Having been a Board Level PA for many years, I’ve managed the diaries and emails of multiple directors at any one time, so I can help you to take control of your emails and organise your diary, saving you time and reducing your stress.

With my eye for detail, I can collate all your Excel spreadsheets into one accurate version, removing duplicates and making sure that all letters that need to be upper case are upper case and all words that should be in lower case are in lower case.

One of my clients required a database creating of all the schools in his local area and surrounding counties. I researched the details he needed online and then put the database together for him.
And I gathered press cuttings for another client, collating them into his standard documentation. He then asked me to help clean up his digital footprint. Following a thorough Google search, I listed all the relevant results and contacted each website to request his details be amended or removed. And I also helped him to collect forward features information and diarise it for him to write the appropriate articles.
